This notice covers this website and the contact form on it. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your role, and your message. We collect nothing else about you through this site.

Why we collect it

To answer your request. That means reading what you sent, preparing the read you asked for, and replying to you about it. We do not add you to a list and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for. If you reply stop, we stop.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed we keep them for up to 12 months, so we have a record if you come back to us, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people at Deals Team who handle your request, and the service providers that host this site and carry its messages, who process it on our instructions. We never sell your details and we never rent them out.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics and no tracking scripts. The only outside request it makes is for its fonts.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Write to jemima.stephens@dealsteam.co or use the contact form and say what you want. We will confirm when it is done.
